• A person 1.75m high, 0.25m thick, 0.5m wide runs in the rain
• Running speed = v m/sec

  During 1 second,   head & front gets:	W1 = (.25×10 + 1.75×v)×0.5×ρ/10 ℓ →       ∝ 10 + 7v
  If destination is D m far,   it takes D/v sec:	WD = (2.5 + 1.75v)×0.5×ρ/10 ×D/v ℓ       ∝ 10/v + 7             <KSP>
